“This was the best singing week I’ve been to
– and I’ve done a few in my time!”

The Julie Bailey Student Scholarship Award

We are proud to offer the Julie Bailey Student Scholarship in honour of our dear friend who regularly attended our Summer Schools and sadly passed away in 2025. Julie taught music at a High School in California, U.S. and loved to share what she learnt at the Cambridge Choral Academy with her students. This scholarship celebrates her passion for music education, supporting students and young adults who show outstanding potential in either the choral or conducting fields and require financial assistance in order to attend.

To apply for the Julie Bailey Student Scholarship Award, please email hello@cambridgechoral.com.

If you’d like to honour Julie’s memory through the Friends of CCA, please consider donating to the fund initiated by her husband Paul — and help shape the future for young singers.
